Can I cancel my order?
We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order.
Please call us immediately on our customer services number 01452 886227 and we will attempt to intercept it. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 30 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.
What if I want to speak to someone?
We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.
What type of payment method do you accept?
We currently accept Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards.
What do I do if my discount code isn't working?
When you sign up, you will shortly receive an e-mail with your welcome code (please allow 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox).
When you reach checkout, enter the code into the Discount field and click Apply. Please note that discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offers. All discount codes are provided by us, we do not use third parties.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts to orders that have already been placed. If your code is still valid, you can use it on your next order.

Can I exchange or return my order?
We currently do not offer exchanges on our website but we will be happy to refund you any product you wish to return.
If you want to exchange, you can return your product and place another order with us. For more information and any queries regarding returning or exchanging your order please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2 weeks from when we receive the item(s).
What If my product is faulty or incorrect?
If you believe the product you received is faulty or if you’ve received an incorrect item/size, please contact help@timberlandpro.co.uk before returning your item as we are unable to credit postage costs so please contact us and we will be happy to assist. For further information on returning a faulty product please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page. Do not attempt to fix or repair your faulty product as this will invalidate your warranty and we will not be able to take your claim further.

How do I unsubscribe?
If you wish to unsubscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe the following ways: 1) Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the emails we send to you, 2) Contact our customer service team at help@timberlandpro.co.uk and one of our team members will be able to assist.
